Regents Prep: The Teacher Experience
Teachers can assign online activities or courses to their students. Activities can include practice questions, flashcards, assessments, hyperlinks, and documents. They can select from pre-made activities and courses and simply assign to their students, while also collaborating to create and share courses within their department. Teachers can view reporting analytics to identify areas of needed improvement and make informed data-driven decisions.
Regents Prep: The Student Experience
Students have access to thousands of questions to practice from and receive small bursts of audio or video feedback to reinforce learning. Students can practice with interactive flashcards, and vocabulary skill builders to help them improve the “need to know” key-words for each subject, while accessing all LearnerPal courses, allowing them to further practice and learn.
SAT/ACT Test Prep
How the SAT/ACT Program Works
The SAT/ACT Program is a blended learning program that can be practiced either in class or in the comfort of home. The program consists of a 16-week course separated into three core levels. The course curriculum is broken down into 15 minutes a day for a total of one hour a week, with a 30-minute recap quiz of each week’s content every Friday. Participants will receive the Course Calendar, access to the site content, as well as Online support. The first 4 weeks begin with Level One; Basic, followed by 4 weeks of Level Two; Moderate, and ending with 8 weeks of Level Three; Difficult. All three levels consist of math, reading, and vocabulary strategies most commonly found on the SAT/ACT exams.
What to Expect
With each level that is completed, students can expect to increase their test-taking confidence, learn critical thinking skills, and raise their scoring potential exponentially. After completing Level One, students acquire the capacity to score 900+. By completing Level Two, they can expect to score 1200+, and by completing Level Three, students can expect to score anywhere from 1400 or higher. On the very last Friday, students will have the opportunity to review their work and study progress.
Our Mission
Our mission is to continue to help students of every social and economic environment to significantly increase their SAT/ACT scores and give them the opportunity to attend the college of their choice, in addition to providing maximum financial aid benefits as a result of their higher SAT/ACT scores.
